Christmas Tree Permits

It's that time of year again! The holiday season is upon us. Christmas tree permits will go on sale this Friday, November 13th. This is a great family tradition. Families must purchase the permits in person, as a valid ID is needed. Permits are $10 each with a $2 service charge. Exact change is appreciated. You can find more information about the permits on the Wasatch-Cache National Forest Service website.

Fall Leaves and Rent One Get One Free

Owners' Work Party a HUGE SUCCESS!

We had a great day on Saturday at our First Annual Owners' Work Party. We had about fifty individuals helping us clear the hill. We worked hard to remove the trees killed by pine beetle.

We cut down many trees and hauled them down the hill to be burnt. We also worked on our drainage system to prevent errosion on the hill side.

After the work we enjoyed a pot luck BBQ and many enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tubs.

We also had a chance to talk about concerns from the various owners and exchanged ideas for development. Everyone agreed that we want to do this every year on the last Saturday in August. So set you calendars now to join us next year.

Summer Vacations

We have been so happy to host so many Summer Vacations and some fun Family Reunions this year! The swimming pool has been so much fun! ATV riding in the beautiful forest has never been better! We hope you have all had a wonderful time and will come back to see us again!
